Jacob is originally from the Midwest, but grew up in South Florida, which is where he started his insurance career. He now resides in the Indianapolis area with his wife and two kids.

With a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, she has a deep understanding of human behavior and the challenges people face when navigating important life decisions. Her passion lies in helping individuals make sense of the complexities of Medicare, ensuring they feel informed, empowered, and confident in their healthcare choices.
